The RedLine short CNC milling chip fan is a safe and fast way to remove chips and coolant without stopping production. You no longer need to waste time and compressed air cleaning your machine, getting back spray in the process. This tool will increase the number of parts turned, improve part quality, tool performance and reduce down time. The cylindrical shank can be mounted in your collet or end mill holder and will fit most CNC milling machines including HAAS, Mazak, DMG Mori, Okuma, Makino, Hardinge, MoriSeiki. You can run coolant thru the shank onto the part for greater chip removal. The fiberglass/nylon blades can be easily replaced have an operational diameter of 6.3". Recommended operating speed is 6,000-12,000 rpm. For Vertical and Horizontal milling centers. This CNC milling machine cleaning fan is a must for every shop.
